Fees and Figures:

In most cases we charge £35 incl per hour for support with a £15 minimum.  The

call-out fee depends on how far we have to go.  Take a look at the information below for the full picture.

Service Rates                                 

Service Level Agreement Rate:     £30.00 hr

Standard Support Rate:            £35.00 hr

Server Support Rate:              £40.00 hr

(Charged Pro-Rata with a £15 Minimum )



Call Out Fees:  (As the distance from our Office in Exmouth)

< 3 Miles                                   no charge


>3 Miles we charge our standard support rate from the time we leave the office until we reach you and complete the job.



Our Normal Business Hours are:

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  from Monday until Friday
